Do you have a showroom?
We have a small showroom at our factory located in, Stormill, Johannesburg. Use our online store to place orders. If you would like to see a product assembled, please email us at sales@daily.store to arrange an appointment to visit us.

How long do orders take to complete?
Our products are made to order according to customer preferences. We endeavour to deliver your order between 7-15 business days depending on the size of your order and manufacturing complexity of the purchased items.

How do I check the status of my order?
Login in to your profile and select orders. This will list your orders and their status.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Products purchased may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery, on condition that they are returned undamaged and in their original condition. We are unable to accept products for exchange if they have been used or damaged. Customers may not return or exchange discounted items or custom-made items.

It will be the customers' cost and responsibility to return the item to our factory in Stormill, Johannesburg by reliable and recorded courier services.

Should you wish for us to facilitate the return/exchange via our courier service, the cost of the collection and delivery will be billed to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/ exchange should you fail to comply with this returns policy. For returns/exchanges email sales@daily.store and include your order number.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order?
First off, we apologise if this has happened to you. We really go to great lengths to provide you with correct, complete and undamaged products. Please email us at returns@daily.store. Let us know what exactly is wrong, if the order is damaged, please attach some photographs and we will get back to you to remedy issue.

How do I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at returns@daily.store. lease note that we will only accept returns that are undamaged, unused and in its original packaging if returned within  7 days of your receiving it.

If the product is damaged on arrival, please photograph it immediately.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your order and therefore, you can choose any courier you wish. We advise that you use a reliable, recorded method of returning the item. We can only accept the return if it has not been damaged in transit. We will not exchange or refund any product lost in transit. If you would like us to facilitate the return, we will happily do so and will send you an invoice.

When we receive your e-mail we will let you know where to return your order to.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will process a refund via your original payment method. The refund can take between 5 to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Where can I find assembly instructions?
We would be happy to send these to you. Drop us an email with a picture of your product to service@daily.store

Do you provide replacement parts?
We are happy to replace parts that the customer may have misplaced or damaged at a discounted rate. Note that all courier costs will be for the customers account. Please email us with a picture of the required part to service@daily.store. In the case where parts arrive damaged, please read "What do I do if I receive an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order?"

What do I do if I cannot log into my profile or order online?
E-mail us on service@daily.store and we will help you.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
lease contact us at sales@daily.store so that we can let you know what the cost of delivering to your country would be.

How do I compliment, comment or complain?
We really hope that we do not give you reason to complain but if you have, we would love to hear from you. Please e-mail all complaints and comments to service@daily.store.
